3. Payments

• We charge based on your plan, which could be hourly, monthly, or project-based.
  
  
• All invoices are due within 1–2 days from the invoice date.
  
  
• Late payments may incur a small fee or result in temporary suspension of service until payment is received.
  
  

4. Your Responsibilities

To make sure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate information and give our team access to the tools or systems they need
  
  
• Respond promptly to our requests for instructions or feedback
  
  
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
  
  

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Everything you share with us—business processes, customer data, login credentials, and other sensitive information—will be kept confidential. This protection continues even after our work together ends.

6. Who Owns What

• Anything we create specifically for you—reports, documents, or other deliverables—will be yours once payment is complete
  
  
• We keep ownership of our internal tools, scripts, training materials, and other proprietary resources
  
  

7. Ending the Agreement

• Our work together starts on the date you sign up or when the contract begins
  
  
• Either of us can end the agreement with 7 days’ notice
  
  
• You’ll pay for all work completed up to the end date
  
  
• We also reserve the right to end the agreement immediately if there’s a serious violation of these Terms
  
  

8. Limiting Liability

We work hard to provide great service, but we want to be honest:

• We aren’t responsible for indirect, incidental, or unexpected losses
  
  
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days of service
  
  

9. Results

We aim to help your business succeed, but we can’t guarantee specific outcomes like sales or revenue increases.

10. Updates to These Terms

Sometimes we need to update our Terms. We’ll post any changes on our website. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated Terms.
